Civilization VI Any% Speedrun Former WR - 083ms

Counted to 5 frames which in theory should be 0.083s if my calculations are correct

run starts on frame 11077 and ends at 11082 based on raw footage, it was recorded at 60 frames so with that the calculation should look like so:

11082 - 11077 = 5
(1 ÷ 60) x 5 = 0.833

I could be wrong however, in that case please do enlighten me
