Part 2 of my DIY drum restoration project. This video will take you through exactly how to upgrade drum hardware. How I updated all of the old chrome to black drum hardware ...with no skill and on a shoestring budget. I am pretty new to drum building and who knows, this may be my only project, but I learned a lot about refinishing drums in my trial and error. I hope you like how this Pearl drum set came out.
