DISCLAIMER - This was a velo-off, the purpose of which was pure output while being reasonably around the zone. Over this upcoming summer, both guys are looking to increase velocity, improve their pitch shapes, and ultimately harness these improvements with improved command as they begin to face hitters.⁠

Depending on the session, the focus may be pitch shapes, command, adding game specificity/hitters, or, in this case, peak output. Both guys have been carefully ramped up to these intensities, which serves a specific purpose in their overall yearly plan.⁠
