• Ashta Chandrasana: Start strong in your High Crescent Lunge. Keep your back heel lifted and your core engaged. This pose builds incredible lower-body stability and fires up the quads.
• Revolved Ashta Chandrasana: Bring your palms together and twist toward your front leg. Hooking the elbow outside the knee creates a deep rinse for the spine and challenges your balance.
