British Guy Renovates His Parents' Old Kitchen in 20 Minutes - diy kitchens

I decided it was time to give my parents’ outdated kitchen a full makeover — out with the old, in with the modern!

In this video, you’ll see me transform their outdated kitchen into a brand-new modern space. I take on everything myself — from ripping out the old units to the final finishing touches.

Here’s what I do step by step:
• Remove the old kitchen and prepare the space
• Chase sockets and rewire cables
• Install lightweight coving and line the ceiling
• Fit modern kitchen cabinets from DIY Kitchens
• Cut end panels and fit new worktops
• Cut out for the hob and sink, seal worktop edges
• Install the cooker hood and 127mm core drill for ducting
• Tile the splashbacks and fit the oven

It’s a full DIY kitchen transformation packed into 20 minutes — from demolition to the final reveal.
