The US Embassy In India issued a stern warning this week to international students. The terms of getting a US visa are now going to be stricter. As per the advisory, students who drop out, skip classes or leave their program without notifying their university are at a risk of immediate revocation of their student visa and disqualification from future US visa applications. Across US, international students have discovered that their legal status has been terminated or their student visas have been revoked with very little notice.
