Ruby's Shoes

Most Americans are familiar with a number of scenes of the iconic moments of men and women marching in the Civil Rights movement of the 1960s, such as those shown in the 2014 movie Selma, about the voting rights march from Selma to Montgomery Alabama in 1965. What many do not realize is that some of the biggest strides of the Civil Rights movement were made by the smallest feet.
