Making a File Guide for Knife and Tool Making Part 2
PART 2:
Inspired by Youtuber: Gough Custom, I decided to make a file guide inspired by his creation but with my own unique take on the idea.
My file guide is capable of filing more than just knives. This tool will allow me to file precisely measured bevels in various types of future projects with repeatable results.
I decided to finish this project out to a higher degree than is actually needed for it to function. I find more and more that when I make something, how I feel about it while I use it, is as important to me as how it works. With that in mind I am pushing myself to create tools that give me good feels.
Tools used:
drill Press/Hand Drill
drill bits
counter sinq
rotary rasp drill bit
vice grips
torch
vice
band saw/handsaw
