TAG Heuer X Kith F1 Re-Issue - Yikes

TAG Heuer X Kith F1 is has broken my heart - I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO UPSET ABOUT A RE-ISSUE! IT COULD HAVE BEEN PERFECT! But no..... Especially with this being re-issue watch nerds have been wanting for such a long time. This is the NEW TAG Heuer X KITH Formula 1 re-issue from the beloved 80's/90's model. These were little quartz numbers and they are watches we've all wanted to see again - but I am NOT sure this is the way we wanted it. It's not what I wanted at least. My 3 big problems are with 1. Branding "KITH Heuer" kill me now. 2. Price $1,500 is pretty steep for what this actually is and 3. These are way too limited.

All round, I'm a bit disappointed really. BUT I am hoping these have the MoonSwatch effect and get more people interested and into watches! If they do that - I mean, big win if you ask me!
