VSG - 4 Years Post Op (and I've Regained)

I had Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy weight loss surgery (VSG WLS) on Oct 20, 2016. In my first year, I lost about 100 lbs. In my second year, I trained for and completed an Ironman. And gained about 15 lbs. In my third year, I got a promotion and moved from NJ back home to New Orleans. And gained about 15 lbs. In this, my fourth year, I was in Mexico for the first 6 months of the year due to Coronavirus, and then came home and bought a house. And I've gained about 15 lbs. Even though my diabetes is considered "fully resolved", I am recommitted to reconnecting with my "why", and becoming even healthier. Thanks for following along.
