🇿🇦 iSimangaliso WILDLIFE DRIVE: Huge Animals at Cape Vidal {Budget Travel St Lucia, SOUTH AFRICA}

The wildlife drive beside St Lucia, South Africa to Cape Vidal, at the iSimangaliso Wetland Park regularly offers these breathtaking sights. Amazingly, many large animals are within view of the road while the Park is surprisingly affordable at $4/person.

By the hundreds, the hippos of St Lucia waddle and walk along the Park's marshlands and ponds. Even from a distance, these creatures are huge!

After a relaxing one hour (or more), the pavement ends at Cape Vidal. With a roaring Indian Ocean, the beach teems with swimmers on the clean sand while even novice fishermen can catch their dinner from the shoreline.
