Aascending Aorta and Aortic Valve Replacement through the Hemisternotomy

If I find only non-coronary sinus dilation and normal right and left sinuses, I don't do full Bentall. I think, enough is to replace the aortic valve, ascending aorta and non-coronary sinus.
This situation often happens in moderately enlarged aorta and bicuspid aortic valve with pseudocommissure between the right and left leaflets. I have seen this technique, done through the sternotomy, from Dr. Paul Vogt, Switzerland.
