MMA Built for Battle Bodyweight Workout

Perform each exercise for 60 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest. Rest for 2 minutes and repeat for 3 rounds

1. Mountain Climber Burpees
2. Abs Spring Ups
3. Walking Lunge
4. Walkout Push Ups
5. Jab Cross Knee
6. Donkey Kick Thrus
7. High Knee Sprints
8. Squat to Leg Kicks
9. Side to Side Plank Reach Unders
10. Single Arm Burpees
