With Wordform, integrating your forms with Google Sheets is fast, easy, and reliable

Wordform makes it simple to integrate with third-party applications, so you can see your form submission data in real time.

To get started, go to the “Connects” page from your Wordform menu.

In the Select Form dropdown, you’ll find a list of all your created custom forms.

In the Select Application Name dropdown, you’ll see the third-party applications you’ve already configured.

If you want to connect a form—for example, to Google Sheets—first select the form from the dropdown, then choose Google Sheets as your application.

👉 Keep in mind, Google Sheets will only appear here once you’ve configured it. If it’s not configured yet, just click on the Google Sheets Configure Reconfigure option or the Google Sheets icon.

A popup window will guide you through setting up your Google authentication credentials. We’ve included easy, step-by-step instructions on how to create your Google Authentication Client ID and Secret.

Once you’ve entered your credentials, simply click the Configure Reconfigure button and follow the steps to complete the setup. You can reconfigure at any time if needed.

When configuration is successful, Google Sheets will appear in your Application Name dropdown.

Now, just:

Select your form.

Select Google Sheets as the application.

Click Create Connection.

A popup window will display all your form field labels. Click the Connect button, and your form will instantly be linked to Google Sheets.

That’s it! 🎉

Next, open your Google Sheets account—you’ll see a sheet named after your form. Submit a test entry, and watch your data appear in real time.

If something doesn’t work, simply double-check your Google authentication credentials and repeat the steps carefully.
