How to Add Customer in Shipzy Export Software ?

🌟 Welcome to our channel! In today’s video, we’ll show you how to add Customer in Shipzy Export Software.

Add International Customers:

1) Navigate to Master Settings
• Go to Sidebar → Master Settings → Customers → Add New

2) Enter the Customer Details
• Name
• Short Name
• Email
• Country
• Address 1

3) Add Customer’s Bank Details
• Bank Name
• Beneficiary Name
• Account Number
• Account Type
• SWIFT Code
• Other Details

4) Click Save when done.

Import International Customers:

1) Go to Sidebar → Master Settings → Customers → Import Customers
2) Select a .csv file (ensure it matches the sample format).
3) Click Import.

Add Domestic Customers:

1) Navigate to Master Settings
• Go to Sidebar → Master Settings → Customers → Domestic Customers → Add New
2) Enter the Customer Details
• Primary Contact
• Company Name
• Email
• Phone
• Registered Business
• GST Number
3) Click Save & Next
4) Enter Customer Address Details
(Billing Address and Shipping Address)
• Address
• Country
• City
• State
• State Code
• Pin Code
5) Click Save.

1) Go to Sidebar → Master Settings → Customers → Import Customers
