Early 1900s well (in use)

This is an old well down the road from the cabin. I cant pass by it without thinking how easy we have it now days.

It's a beautiful area with a nice view I'm sure the original homesteaders didnt mind hiking up and down the hill for a pale of water.

Probably sent the dirty faced kids down to wash up before meals.
