Kona Vlog 16 || Pickleball with the GOATs and Final Bike Setup

Today was a fun one! Lionel tested his final bike setup and came away really happy—no major changes other than moving to a bigger chainring. After hitting a few race efforts on the Queen K, we swung by the Pro Tri News house and caught up with Lionel’s manager, Pat Lemieux.

Then we went to Chris Lieto’s place, where some of the greatest triathletes of all time—like Jan Frodeno, Daniela Ryf, Greg Welch, Simon Whitfield, and more—were going hard in a pickleball match. It was absolutely hilarious seeing these legends on the court.

We wrapped things up back at Lionel’s house, where his family had arrived for the race, and celebrated Levi’s birthday with a family party.
