Where does the Colorado River start?

I went on an adventure to find out.

Google maps said the hike was only 2.5 hours, but it turned out to be a full 5 to get to the continental divide atop Le Poudre Pass.
But, it did not disappoint. It was so interesting and unique of an experience to see the very start of the river that carved out Arches, the Grand Canyon, Lake Powell, Lake Mead, Glenwood canyon, and so many more. But here, I saw it as just a tiny little stream.
