This order comes after ANI filed a defamation case against Mohak, accusing him of launching a media campaign to malign the agency’s reputation. The dispute began when ANI initiated copyright strikes on YouTube against Mohak for using their news clips without permission. ANI has also filed similar lawsuits against other public figures like Md Zubair and Kunal Kamra. The court’s intervention highlights the importance of responsible content creation and respect for copyright laws.
