2004 Land Rover Freelander 1.8 PG Gear Linkage Upgrade / Repair

How I changed the badly worn gear linkage for my Freelander 2004 1.8. This is just my way of doing it using parts sourced from Abbes Performance. I'm no expert however and would always recommend using a professional if your unsure of your ability to do this. I'm very pleased I did as the sloppy gear change is now excellent, firm and like new. Hope this is of help and maybe of some inspiration to others out there to have a go themselves.
