'It's a mess': RTO mandate strains Ottawa transit

With federal public servants returning to the office four days a week this July, East End commuters are warning the transit system is already at its limit. CTV's Katelyn Wilson speaks with transit user Dennis Yanchus, who calls the daily commute to Blair Station a "mess," and Orleans South-Navan Councillor Catherine Kitts, who warns of two-hour travel times. Mayor Mark Sutcliffe acknowledges the challenges but says 60 new electric buses are expected to arrive in the coming weeks to help address the pressure.
