Seiko 6309A Assembly Part 1 - Motion Works

In this video I show you how I assemble a Seiko 6309A movement after cleaning and inspecting the components for damage. This video is the 3rd part in a series of videos on the disassembly and then reassembly of the 6309. The video is targeted at complete novices to watch movements but for those who want to try their hand at some basic servicing and repairs.
I am in no way a professional. I am completely self taught and I have only had guidance from the internet.
