BASIC ICE CREAM RECIPE

This ice cream mixture will be used to make 4 ice creams as listed below

Ingredients
2 Litre full-fat Milk
5 Table Spoon Corn Flour
1 ½ Cup Sugar

1. MANGO ICE CREAM

1 Big Cup Common Ice Cream Mixture
2 fully ripe Cups Mango
1/2 Mango Cube shape cut

2. BUTTERSCOTCH ICE CREAM

1 Big Cup Common Ice Cream Mixture
1 tsp Butterscotch essence – if this is not available then vanilla essence
For Praline:
½ cup granulated white sugar
¼ cup cashews chopped
¼ cup almonds chopped

3. PAAN ICE CREAM

1 Big Cup Common Ice Cream Mixture
2 Pan Leaves
¼ cup gulkand
An inch of choti elachi powder
2 tsp Coconut powder

4. STRAWBERRY JAM SWIRL ICE CREAM

1 Big Cup Common Ice Cream Mixture
6 tsp Jam
