The Balkans is a captivating region with a diverse landscape of snow-capped mountains and gushing rivers surrounded by lush greenery. It's an ideal habitat for red hybrid peppers that are a cross between bell peppers and chili peppers. While traditional methods suggest stuffing the peppers, we opted for a creative twist. We wrapped the unique peppers in bacon and coated them in tempura batter, resulting in a delightful, crispy dish that is equally gratifying.
