High Rep Shoulder Day| 4 Weeks out

In the video I’m taking you guys through my full high rep shoulder routine. Today was one of them days where I just wasn’t feeling it and had to really dig dio to get through my workout. Some of you may or may not know as we get closer to show day some days we’ll feel great others we’ll feel good… either way you have to dig deep and get the job done for the day. Bodybuilding is all about discipline, will power, determination. The days where we may not won’t to put in the work are the days that count most. Always keep in mind that your competition may be feeling the same way but they more than likely pushing threw giving it everything they have with the end goal of being the last man standing with his hand held high c on show day. OUT WORK EVERYONE!
