Ingredients:
sour cherry 1kg
sugar 1/5kg or less
You may add 1/2 tbsp lemon juice to preserve longer & prevent crystallisation of the jam.

Tips:
as much as separate foam that is better
no need to add any water
no need to place a lid

مواد لازم
آلبالو ۱ کلیو
شکر ۱/۵ کیلو یا کمتر
برای طولانی شدن عمر مربا و یا جلوگیری از شکرک میتوانید ۱/۲ قاشق غذاخوری آبلیمو نیز اضافه نمایید

نكات
بهتر است تمام كف مربا را قبل از سرد شدن از روی سطح آن جمع كنيم
اين مربا احتياج به اضافه كردن آب ندارد
نبايد روى قابلمه در بذاريد
