New record store opening: Avant Culture Club

Is this the most aesthetically-pleasing record shop in Singapore? Avant Culture Club has opened its first space in Chinatown and our resident record collector dropped by to take a look!

Here’s what you can look forward to in this space:

🎵Genres: Most of the titles are from pop and indie artists! If you’re looking for a specific title, it helps to drop them a message to check if they have it in store or do a pre-order with them.

🌀Unique variants: They carry limited-edition pressings such as the ones from Bad World and Blood Records, which record collectors would love!

📚Pop-culture memorabilia: Sit and browse through Sofia Coppola screenplays and magazines from the 90s!

🐱Lolo, the resident cat: If you’re lucky, you’ll get to meet Lolo, the cutest cat who roams from store to store in Pearl’s Hill Terrace!
