*RUSSIAN CHICKEN CUTLET RECIPE*
Hey foodies! Welcome back to my channel!
Today, I'm sharing a delicious Russian Chicken Cutlet recipe that's crispy, juicy, and packed with flavor!
*INGREDIENTS:*
- 200gm chicken
- Vegetables (onion, capsicum, potato, cabbage, carrot, spring onions)
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- Salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, turmeric powder
- 2 tsp maida
- 1 medium cup milk
- Maida slurry (2 tsp maida + 3 tsp water)
- Vermicelli (1 cup)
- Beaten egg with salt and pepper powder
*RECIPE:*
1. Cook chicken with salt until 60% done. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, add veggies and cook until tender.
3. Add cooked chicken, potato, chilli powder, turmeric powder, and jeera powder. Mix well.
4. Add maida and milk. Cook until the mixture soaks up the milk.
5. Prepare maida slurry and vermicelli coating.
6. Coat cutlets with beaten egg, maida slurry, and vermicelli. Press gently to stick.
7. Rest for 15 minutes and then deep-fry until golden brown.
*YIELD:* 12-15 cutlets
