Using CIDRs in Sheep. | Vlog 19

Today I am organizing my next breeding group and inserting CIDRs, a device silimar to a human IUD for results similar to birth control. They are in for 12 days only, to stop the ewe's cycle, and when I pull them out, the ewes should all begin to cycle together on the same day. This helps me in 5 months when the ewes start lambing. I know when they will start, and finish and plan life around that.
