Most men on TRT know their testosterone will be converted to estrogen by the aromatase enzyme to some degree. But many are over-aggressive in trying to eliminate this conversion through the use of aromatase inhibitors. While there are good reasons to reduce this conversion and sensible approaches to do so, some estrogen is not bad for men and an over-reduction can be! In this video I cover estrogen’s effects in men, how and when to try to reduce conversion, and the best sustainable strategies to do so.
