Human-like Chatbots

This video explains the new Meena chatbot from researchers at Google and their paper "Towards a Human-like Open-Domain Chatbot". This is a mindblowing paper showing the impact of scaling up their Evolved Transformer model to 2.6 billion parameters and training it on a massive 341GB dataset containing 40 billion words. I highly recommend looking through this paper!
