Hidden Message in Glass?! | Morse Code Suncatcher Build

In this build, I’m taking something completely unexpected — Morse code — and turning it into a stained glass suncatcher.

Using the classic dots and dashes, I designed a piece that secretly spells the word HAPPY. What looks like a simple geometric pattern at first actually carries a hidden message when you know how to read it.

In this video, I walk through the full process:

Using the various templates and jibs
Cutting, foiling and soldering the glass
Creating jump rings
Building the hanger from salvaged red cedar and beach wood bark
And bringing it all to life as a finished suncatcher

This project blends art, craft, and a bit of communication history into one unique piece.
