Chicken Asado

Ingredients:

1 kg of Chicken
1/2 cup of water
1/4 cup of tomato paste
1/2 tbsp salt
1 pc potato
1 pc bell pepper
lemon juice
2 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 1/2 tbsp of vinegar
1/2 tsp of ground pepper
6 cloves of garlic
3 to 4 pcs of bay leaves
2 medium onions
2 medium tomatoes
