What is a ‘belly dance arabesque?’
Try this technique and combo drill and find out! you can try it with and without a silk veil.

What we did in this session:
-----------------------------------------
- warm up and upper body/arms
- hip flexor and back-of-the-leg/glutes activation
- extending/stretching the back of the leg and strengthening the ankles/feet
- arabesque technique basics
- dance walk with turnout
- arabesque transitions
- combination without veil
- combination with veil
- cool down

What you'll need:
--------------------------
- 2 yoga blocks
- a bit of space
- a silk veil (if you have it! chiffon also works)
