HIKVISION THERMAL CAMERA DESIGN TOOL

Today we walk-through the Hikvision Thermal Design tool.

This software allows us to completely map out thermal cameras onto a site plan, showing the indicative VCA, fire and temperature detection areas. This allows users to correctly plot the position of the cameras, the number of cameras and even what camera model to use. We can then export this as a report and send it to the customer as a proposed site/project plan.

Such a powerful tool that doesn’t get the use it deserves.
