From the moment I met Grace and Jon, I knew we would be friends! They share an excitement for life that has a way of rubbing off on the people around them. When Jon mentioned that he is a pilot and had an airplane we could go up in, I was sold! It was awesome - Jon flew the plane over places that are sentimental to them and we got to hear all about how they met and fell in love in high school. Yes, they are high school sweethearts!!

Grace and Jon held their rehearsal dinner at Second Empire, and we were able to capture some awesome toasts for their film. Their wedding day at Morris Peaceland Farm was the perfect way for these two to seal the deal! It was a beautiful day, of course, because they had buried a bottle of bourbon to ward off rain. Everyone spent the morning getting ready and hanging out with the horses. Grace's mom actually boards a horse on the farm - the brown one in the video is theirs! Before the ceremony, Grace and Jon shared a moment together, reading letters through tears of excitement. When it was finally time for Grace to make her entrance, Jon could not contain his emotions! These two were overjoyed to get married - you can hear it in their vows, and see it in their first kiss! Grace and Jon grabbed a shovel, dug up the bottle of bourbon, and passed it around. The party was kicked off with Grace and Jon absolutely killing their coordinated first dance! From there it was one big dance party as friends and family celebrated the newlyweds. Congratulations Grace and Jon!!
