Yuzuru Hanyu new program Heaven and Earth | Keep fighting ft. Uesugi Kenshin | World 2021 Special

Yuzuru Hanyu decided on his skating programs often with emotional messages behind, which motivates him to continue skating. In his new short programs, he's looking to make everyone cheer and stay happy. The long program music is rather quiet and he called it "A fight with silence". For anyone not familiar with Japanese history, you might not get the message. This is a special video edited to show the stories and the main character behind Yuzuru Hanyu new program Heaven & Earth, Uesugi Kenshin. Who is this person nicknamed "God of War" in Japan? What's his similarity with Yuzuru Hanyu?

In this video, we used Hanyu's skating and interviews, coupled with the Japanese movie - Heaven & Earth and some forums discussing about Uesugi Kenshin, to let you understand more about the messages behind Yuzuru Hanyu's free skate.

The renewed battle between the top skaters and the most exciting week is coming soon for World Figure skating championship 2021. We are so excited and we had made a series of videos to give more information about this event.
