Old Winco Dyna Generator (Part 2 ) - Engine Rebuild on a Briggs L-Head Engine

This is part 2 on this generator. First video was spent getting the engine running and verifying that the generator head worked. The engine however was not producing the rated 8 house power. Instead it was closer to 3 HP. Will rebuild the engine to restore the lost power.
