Resep Mie. Mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa pasti menyukai mie. Kali ini aku akan share resep mie tanpa telur dengan metode yang cukup mudah tanpa menggunakan mesin. Tentunya lebih murah dan lebih sehat! Mie ini bisa kalian kreasikan menjadi berbagai macam hidangan misalnya mie goreng, mie seafood, bakmi, dll.

Resep Mie (untuk 4-5 porsi)

Bahan:
450 gr tepung protein sedang
200 ml air
2 sdt garam
1 ½ sdm minyak
Maizena secukupnya

Langkah:
1. Campurkan semua bahan hingga tercampur rata dan berbentuk adonan, diamkan selama 2 jam ditutupi cling wrap atau lap bersih
2. Adonan bisa diuleni sesekali dan istirahatkan 20-30 menit, ulangi proses ini 2-3 kali hingga adonan menjadi kalis
3. Taburi talenan dengan tepung maizena, pipihkan adonan menggunakan rolling pin hingga ketebalan ½ cm
4. Taburi seluruh permukaan adonan dengan tepung maizena kemudian lipat dan iris menggunakan pisau sesuai ketebalan yang diinginkan
5. Mie siap digunakan

NO Eggs & Machine: Bouncy Noodles Recipe [100% Success]

Noodles are something kids and adults alike love. This time, I'll share an eggless noodle recipe using an easy method that doesn't require a machine. It's more budget-friendly and healthy! This noodle can be used for a number of dishes, such as Fried Noodles, Seafood Noodles, etc.

Noodles Recipe (yield 4-5 servings)

Ingredients:
450 g all-purpose flour
200 ml water
2 tsp salt
1.5 tbsp oil
Cornstarch, as needed

Steps:
1. Combine all the ingredients until it forms a well-merged dough. Let it rest for 2 hours, covered by plastic wrap or a clean cloth.
2. The dough can be kneaded once in a while and rested for 20-30 minutes. Repeat this step 2-3 times until the dough becomes elastic.
3. Sprinkle the cutting board with cornstarch and roll the dough using a rolling pin to a 1/2 cm thickness.
4. Sprinkle the entire dough surface with cornstarch. Then, fold and slice the dough with a knife to the desired thickness.
5. The noodle is ready to use.
