Rachel's Rhubarb Cake

Rachel's Rhubarb Cake Recipe:

Topping
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 1/4 Cup Flour
-1/2 tsp Cinnamon
-1/4 Cup Margarine

Batter
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 1 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cups Sour Cream
- 1/4 Cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 2 Cups Flour
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 1/2 Cups Rhubarb, Chopped

Bake: 350°F
- 40 Minutes
