Psycho - Leg Toning Routine | DANCE & ZUMBA WORKOUT (No Equipment)

Workout at Home with this leg toning routine for your Dance and Zumba workout! No equipment necessary (just your bright, smiling face). This is a great routine to work your legs and to get your heart rate up. I usually include a toning workout in the warm-up of a class. See below for links to more videos!
