1 Tbsp sugar
125 ml warm milk
1 large egg
250g bread flour OR all purpose flour
42g soft unsalted butter
1/2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 Tbsp chopped scallion/parsley
150g Mozzarella cheese ( more or less to your taste )
