I had alot of feedback him and his team (Positive and constructive) but here’s the two biggest takeaways:

1.) "Don’t focus on remembering the exact words. Focus on the thought you want to communicate.”

Words trip you up.

You overthink it.

It sounds like you're reading off a script.

MESSAGES are personal, they have emotion, they feel authentic, they actually land for your audience.

Toss that F$#%n script---and be you.

2.) Stop CREATING all of your content

And start BEING it.

Capture the real moments.

Coaching calls.

Team discussions.

Breakdowns at the whiteboard.

Debriefs after a client pitch.

Let us see the work! Show us don’t just tell us. :)

You don’t need a script. You don’t need a teleprompter.

You need a camera rolling while you do the real thing.
