📍 Key value pair is like a massive hash. Hash is a very efficient way of retrieving things. If you know the hash, you can retrieve the value. So you have a table full of hashes and values. you know the hash, you get the value.
📍 Let's look at wide column now. Wide column is a big hash and instead of having values it has B trees. B trees are a super performant way of finding things and doing range operations.
