Good Mechanic + Bad Parts = VERY Bad Situation | Toyota Evap System Problems

A Combination of a good mechanic and bad parts basically reverts you back to the same as having a bad mechanic.

In the shop we have a 2007 Toyota 4Runner which was diagnosed correctly but a counterfeit part caused the diagnosis to derail and go back to square one which is why it's in our shop.

In this video we run some tests on the Evap system, a system that most folks and mechanics still don't understand or can diagnose properly.

I'll do my best in this video to explain Toyota's intrusive EVAP system, How it works and how to diagnose some of it's common problems.
