In the Atlantic, an area of interest is likely to become a subtropical or tropical storm in the next few days as it meanders around the central part of the ocean. There may still be a possibility of impacts in Bermuda from this potential cyclone.

Two other disturbances are located in the eastern Atlantic, and a prospective one to develop in the Caribbean Sea this week.

In the Western Pacific, Tropical Storm Ofel made landfall in Vietnam not long ago, and is delivering monsoonal rainfall over the nation and over Hainan Island.
A broad area of interest is likely to develop into a tropical cyclone as it approaches the Philippines, and may become a typhoon before it makes landfall on Luzon. Further intensification could occur when the storm enters the South China Sea late this week.

In the Indian Ocean, satellite data found a tropical storm in the Arabian Sea, with winds of 45mph earlier today. Winds are expected to still be near that value at the moment, with the storm likely to weaken and dissipate off Arabia later in the week.
