This clip demonstrates selective angiographic evaluation during transarterial microembolization (TAME) for Achilles tendon–related pain.

Peroneal artery angiography demonstrates a feeding branch to the Achilles tendon with associated blush, while posterior tibial artery angiography shows no significant feeding vessel or blush. Understanding the patient’s diagnosis and correlating it with vascular anatomy and angiographic blush are essential for accurate target vessel identification.
