Drainage Bubbler Plugged
Bubblers at curb for drain tile to storm sewer. Video shows one bubbler unable to keep up due to a root blockage, and the other working as designed. Rainfall was extremely heavy just before this video was taken.
This bubbler was dug up and replaced during my heated driveway replacement in 2019. It was upgraded to 6" and moved closer to the curb.
