I Try The UK’s Highest Park Run

This week, me, my dad, my brother, and my wife headed to Bryn Bach Parkrun in South Wales — officially the highest Parkrun in the UK, sitting at over 1,200 feet above sea level. It’s a 2.5-lap course around a stunning lake, surrounded by hills, fresh air and a great community vibe.

I’ve done this course a few times before but this time I brought the camera along to capture the experience — from the pre-run build up to the run itself to the post run thoughts. Whether you’re a Parkrun regular or just looking for your next running challenge, Bryn Bach is a hidden gem.

Watch to see:

-What times we all got on the course
-Scenic shots from around the lake
-Post-run thoughts with the fam
-And why Bryn Bach might be your next must-run Parkrun

Don’t forget to like, subscribe and drop a comment if you’ve done this one – or plan to👊🏼
