The details of the dashboard mold are as followed.

The plastic material is PP+PE.
The main cavity & core steel is 1.2738H.
Slides steel is 1.2344-HRC48-52.
The injection system is a hot runner to cold runner.
The hot runner system includes 9 hot valve nozzles with a sequence injection controller.
The dashboard mold was running on a 2800 ton injection molding machine.
The lead time is about 16 weeks to build this mold.
